  • Setting up Secondary Streams
    Adding secondary streams to your event live stream (or simulcasting) is the broadcasting of your events across more than one medium, or more than one service on the same medium, at exactly the same time. You may want to simulcast from the Onlive.io engagement app and also allow attendees to join via Facebook, Youtube or other mediums!   • Videos & Recordings
    Onlive supports adding pre-recorded videos either as live streams, or on-demand recordings to sessions. If you navigate to the VIDEO tab you can start with UPLOAD a video. The max size for a video upload is 4GB. It will take a while for the video to process as it's being reencoded to fit our stream. When it has been processed you have the option to Add to stream - this would make the video stream to your existing stream. For this to work your studio must be LIVE. Add as RecorSome readers

    Stream Settings is accessed by clicking the "Stream Settings" button located top right in the studio.   • Managing Speakers
    Inviting and Managing Speakers in the Studio If you want to invite a speaker to the studio you start by pressing the "Invite Speaker" button that is located in the bottom left of the studio. You can choose to specify a password so that no one unintended can access the speaker room.   • Go Live and End Stream
    Going Live By pressing the Go Live button your stream will start being pushed to the streaming application plus eventual other secondary streaming locations that you have setup.     When a Session is created in your event program a Room is automatically created.
